66. Multiple cases within the same record. Whenever there are multiple cases within the same record, each new originating application must bear the indication “New Case”. In subsequent pleadings relative to the new application, the sequential number given to the new application must be mentioned in the heading “Case sequence number ________” under the court number of the record.
